Our Mission
Widowworks came about after connecting with many local widows, listening to their stories, hearing of their concerns, their needs, and their fears. Most young widows will still have a mortgage, home repairs, children to raise and educate, taxes to pay and so on. On top of that, eventually roofs will leak and cars will break and women will be relying on either their reduced income or on life insurance to get them through. Yet we as widows are still expected to pay what any other consumer would have to pay.
What We Offer
This site will provide a list of services and vendors who guarantee fair pricing, honesty, quality, trustworthiness, and in some cases a discount. Each Davis County vendor has been vetted and has agreed to work with you and your circumstances. We are trying to reach local widows who have questions and concerns about where to turn for help after loss.
